What Fittly does

Fittly (fittlyai.com) is a virtual try-on service. You upload a photo of yourself and photos of clothing items, and our AI generates an image of you wearing those items.

Data we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address, and sign-in provider (Google, Facebook, or email/password).
  • Profile data: the details you choose to add for better try-on results — sex, height, weight, age, and clothing/shoe sizes.
  • Photos: your reference photo, the product photos you upload, and the try-on images we generate for you.

How we use it

Your photos and profile details are used for one purpose: generating your try-on images. Photos are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) only at the moment of generation. We do not sell your data, we do not use your photos to train AI models, and your photos and results are visible only to you.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage). Payments, when available, are processed by our payment provider — Fittly never stores card numbers.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Essential cookies keep you signed in and let payments work — they cannot be turned off. On every visit we also load Google Analytics, the TikTok Pixel and the Meta Pixel. They tell us which of our ads led to a sign-up or a purchase, and let TikTok and Meta show our ads to similar people.

Two things are worth spelling out. First, when you are signed in we send these services a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your email address so they can match a sign-up or purchase to the right ad — they receive the scrambled value, never the address itself. Second, when you buy a pack our server reports that purchase directly to Google, TikTok and Meta, because ad blockers and closed tabs often lose the report sent from your browser. That server report carries the same scrambled email, the amount paid, and the advertising identifiers already stored in your browser.

Google Analytics also uses Google Signals: if you are signed in to a Google account that has Ads Personalisation switched on, Google may connect your visit here with its own data about you, so we can see anonymous age, gender and interest summaries and recognise the same person across devices. You control this in your Google Ads settings.

We never send your photos, your body details or your name to any of these services. To opt out, turn on your browser's tracking protection or use a content blocker, install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, and clear this site's data in your browser.

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data (profile, photos, and generated images) at any time by emailing contact@fittlyai.com. We delete everything within 30 days.
