The service

Fittly (fittlyai.com) generates AI-powered virtual try-on images: you upload a photo of yourself and photos of clothing items, and Fittly shows you how those items could look on you. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Try-ons, plans, and credits

• New accounts receive 2 free try-ons.
• Try-ons are sold in one-time packs (50, 100, or 200). Purchased try-ons do not expire; each product added to a look counts as one try-on (a three-product outfit uses three). Used try-ons are not refundable.
• Legacy subscriptions (no longer offered for sale) continue until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your profile and keep your remaining try-ons.

Results are a preview, not a promise

Try-on images are AI-generated visualizations. They aim to be realistic, but they are not a guarantee of how a garment will actually fit, look, or feel. Purchase decisions remain your own responsibility.

Your content and acceptable use

• Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, and never photos of minors.
• Do not use Fittly to create misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Your photos remain yours. You grant Fittly only the technical permission needed to store them and generate your try-ons.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Liability

Fittly is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Fittly in the 12 months before the claim.
